Our Whiskeys
Single Malt
Single Malt whisky is an exquisite spirit, born within the walls of a single distillery (hence "Single"), and created exclusively from malted barley (therefore "Malt"). This type of whisky is unique because its taste and character fully reflect the producer's craftsmanship and the natural characteristics of the region, without any mixture of spirits or raw materials from other distilleries. By law, Single Malt Scotch must be aged for at least 3 years in oak barrels. Most commonly, bourbon or sherry casks are used for whisky aging. Single Malt Scotch must be bottled exclusively in Scotland.
Single Grain
Single Grain is a Scotch produced at a single distillery (hence "single"), but not only from malt - it uses whole grain barley and other cereals (therefore "Grain").
Blended Malt
Blended Malt whisky is an exquisite mixture of two or more single malt whiskies produced at different distilleries. Each of these, as with single malt whisky, is created through distillation in copper stills using pure malt. The combination of whiskies from different distilleries and regions of Scotland allows for the creation of a unique taste and aroma, combining the best qualities to form a harmonious and multi-layered drink.
Blended Grain
Blended Grain whisky is a harmonious mixture of grain whiskies produced at various distilleries using continuous column distillation technology. Not only malt and barley but also other cereals, rye, wheat, and others are used as raw materials for its creation. This process allows for achieving softness and lightness in taste while maintaining the rich and multifaceted aroma characteristic of grain whiskies.
Blended Scotch
Blended Scotch whisky is a carefully balanced mixture of malt and grain whiskies produced at different distilleries. By combining the best qualities of each type of whisky, blended Scotch offers a harmonious taste that combines the richness of malt whisky with the smoothness of grain whisky.
